Veronica Ski-Berg is an Oslo-based researcher affiliated with NIFU Nordic Institute for Studies of innovation, research and education. She operates at the intersection of the humanities and social sciences, drawing from her background as a composer (BA), musicologist (MA) and music scholar (PhD) specialised in power dynamics, student creativity and organisational change. Veronica frequently holds lectures and workshops on how power dynamics unfold in the institutional setting. She has expertise on organisational institutionalism, discourse theory and qualitative methodologies.
